The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) expresses concern about the recent decision by the United States to suspend funding for HIV/AIDS initiatives.
In response to the recent funding freeze, the leadership of the NHLS is proactively evaluating the potential impact on our operations, particularly in relation to HIV testing and research initiatives. The NHLS is also engaging in strategic collaborations with government agencies and funding partners to identify innovative solutions for sustaining its critical projects.
The NHLS remains focused on delivering essential health services seamlessly to the communities it serves and is confident that, through collaboration with stakeholders, it will effectively navigate the challenges ahead.
