With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, he has built extensive expertise in enterprise risk management, corporate governance, cybersecurity oversight, information technology audit, and regulatory compliance across both the public and private sectors.
Patrick specialises in frameworks and standards, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) Framework, National Treasury Regulations, International Organization for Standardization, and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) standards. He is passionate about strengthening governance structures to help organisations manage technology risks, enhance cybersecurity resilience, and support sustainable digital transformation.
Having served on several governance and steering committees, Patrick brings valuable insight into Information Technology governance, strategic planning, business continuity, and cross-functional collaboration.
