Ms Tebogo Kekana

Ms Tebogo Kekana, is the Company Secretary of the NHLS. She commenced her legal career in 2007 with the South African National Defence Force, where she served as a Military Legal Practitioner and Defence Counsel, representing soldiers in the Court of the Military Judge. After completing her articles of clerkship, Ms Kekana was admitted as an attorney in 2009. She began her tenure as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor at the Limpopo Business Support Agency. Ms Kekana also worked as Company Secretary and Chief Legal Counsel at various state-owned entities under the Limpopo Provincial Government, thereby acquiring extensive experience in corporate governance, legal advisory services, and compliance.

Furthermore, she is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
